SRM plugin disapperead on your vsphere web client

Useful if you can’t manage you SRM from web and your plugin is not shown. It’s a vmware bug and working with vmware engineering team this is what we did:

  1. Stop vmware web client service
  2. Go to C:\ProgramData\VMware\vSphere Web Client\vc-packages\vsphere-client-serenity and delete the contents of this folder.
  3. Go to C:\Program Files\VMware\Infrastructure\vSphereWebClient\server\pickup and delete the contents of this folder.
  4. Go to C:\ProgramData\VMware\vSphere Web Client\SerenityDB\serenity and check for client.package.states file take a backup and remove

Once steps 1 to 4 are done , restart the web client service service and check SRM UI is shown.
